The 2nd was Dr. Seuss Day so Christian tried his hand at fancy pancake art:
We ate green (deviled) eggs and ham for dinner along with some strawberry banana stacks which were supposed to resemble Cat in the Hat's hat.
We dyed the outside of the eggs as well this time!
March 3rd was Skittles' sixth birthday. Bud made her an awesome hat
and a cake!
We took her to PetCo and tried on outfits.
The Chewbacca costume had to come home with us, it was just too adorable!
We love Pi Day, so we celebrated with (chiffon cheesecake) pie with blueberry topping on the 14th.
March 17th, St. Patrick's Day, fell on a Saturday this year so I had extra time for breakfast. Green pop-up pancakes and smoothies along with bacon, eggs, and mini hashbrowns.
Dinner was silly, per the usual!
I was most proud of our healthy fruit and vegetable rainbow appetizers:
The 24th was Easter dinner and egg hunt at Braeggers.
And on March 30th the kids stuck toothpicks into Peeps and then microwaved them to watch them "joust" LOL!
